Services

BrightNest Cleaning Co. provides residential cleaning services in Park City and Utah County, Utah. All services are subject to availability and scheduling confirmation.

Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are estimates based on information provided. Final pricing may vary based on actual home condition and size. We will notify you of any significant changes before beginning work.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to staff availability or circumstances beyond our control.

Access to Your Home

You agree to provide safe access to your home on the scheduled service date. If our team cannot access the property, a cancellation fee may apply.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address any concerns at no additional charge.

Liability

We carry liability insurance. Claims for damages must be reported within 24 hours of service. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear.
